20-minute therapy consultation
Free
One-to-one counselling starts with a free 20-minute consultation to determine what brings you to therapy. We see if we are a good fit for one another and discuss your therapeutic sessions. I will answer any questions you have about the therapeutic process and aim to put you at ease. This session will help us decide the most appropriate therapy route for your needs.

Individual counselling sessions
£75 / hour
A typical counselling session starts with identifying or clarifying your goal and what brings you to therapy. We'll work to identify feelings, emotions or behaviours that are present and take a deeper look at those which may be troubling you. A session will end with a brief reflection and possibly steps that you can take before we meet again.

Conscious connected breathwork sessions
Group - £25 pp/ 121 - £75
Conscious connected breathwork sessions help you quiet your mind so that you can hear what's going on in your inner world. These breathwork sessions are offered in groups and on a 121 basis. I offer in-person sessions in and around New Malden, London, and I also offer group and 121 sessions online.

Taking control of your thoughts is proven to have a beneficial impact. There is lots of evidence that taking time out for yourself has a positive impact on your mental health. Together, we will identify your struggle at the beginning of your counselling or breathwork session, and you will be guided through a personalised hour of therapy, focusing on what you want or need to get out of it.
